We consider a private event to be 50-100 people or less and not open to the general public.
Yes, for a private event we have a $1,000 minimum. This ensures all of our costs are met for labor and have enough product on hand.
We require a $350.00 deposit, and depending on the amount of sales during the event we will either return your deposit or expect you to cover the difference.
We provide a fully stocked and staffed food trailer. We will set-up, cook, and tear down and clean-up the location we are at!
A flat, legal parking area is all that is needed. Access to power and water are not needed.
Our trailer is fully enclosed and is equipped to run in most weather. If there is extreme weather we will work out a contingency plan!
We are able to serve in the State of North Dakota! Depending on how far away your event is, we might require travel fees depending on the location of your event.
